Ｘ醫師是個年輕的外科醫師，剛從外國進修回國，意氣風發的想要好好發揮所長，
展現新學到的技術。這天門診正好來的一位適合的病人，就向他解釋開刀的事宜。
“王先生，你這個情況我們可以開刀解決。現在有ㄧ個新的手術可以來做”
“喔...” 王先生若有所思地說，
“醫生，這個手術安全吧？”
“沒問題啦，這個國外都做很多了”
“醫生，你...應該這個刀開很多次了吧？”
“呃，目前國內只有幾個人在做...”
“醫生，我應該不是你第一個開的病人吧？”
